Congratulations to Lucy in 4th class who finished in 8th place in the 3rd/4th class Girls race and to our 5th/6th class girls team who claimed a team bronze in their race in the County Schools Cross Country finals in Belleek, Ballina today. Best of luck to all the girls in the Connacht Cross Country in Tuam on October 11th  Eoghan McGrath Hurling GPO is completing Hurling with 2nd, 3rd and 4th classes every Tuesday!
We are all having great fun learning new skills! St. Joseph's had great success at the South Mayo Cross Country held in Ballinrobe Racecourse. Lots of individual medals were won and all of our 3rd/4th and 5th/6th girls and boys teams have qualified for the County Cross Country finals to be held in Belleek, Ballina! Well done to everyone and good luck in the next round! Ms. Egan's second class enjoyed making puppets today - linking English, Art and Drama. Wonderful work children! |
