 Congratulations to Mr Kenny's 6th class who are shortlisted for the FÍS Primary School Film Award 2022.
For their entry, the 6th class enacted a piece of history which took place in Ballinrobe in September 1935 when Lithuanian pilot Felix Waitkus was forced to make an emergency landing just outside the town. The film was produced by the children and Mr. Kenny last June, and we were delighted to hear that we are one of the primary schools shortlisted for this award. 6th class will head to the FÍS Film Project Award Ceremony at the Helix in Dublin in February 2023. We wish them every success with their film.
